How many buildings and units are located in Lantana?

Lantana has 96 condominiums There are four buildings. Each building has 24 condominiums –  four floors with six condominiums per floor.

When and where are the monthly meetings held?

Monthly board meetings are held every third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the clubhouse meeting room.

What days are trash collection days? 

Trash collection days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

When are the buildings, roofs and lobbies cleaned? 

We have maintenance and cleaning on the property Monday through Friday. Every Wednesday of the month is dedicated to each building. During this time, the roof doors are opened and air conditioning units are sprayed with water to decrease the salt accumulation. This is a good time to schedule maintenance or repairs to air conditioning units if needed.

How many garage spaces are available per condominium?

 Each condominium is deeded one garage unit, however, residents may rent additional garage spaces from other residents.
