As president of Lantana Oceanfront Homeowners Association, I’d like to welcome you as new members of our jointly owned community – Lantana Oceanfront Condominiums.  We are so glad you are here.  

We hope that all owners will contribute in ways that enhance Lantana as “the place to live” in Indian Harbour Beach. You can help in any of so many different ways – by forming friendships, enhancing our “friendly” reputation, attending the board meetings, observing and reminding others of our Condo Association rules and regulations, reporting issues, participating in various board action committees like the Welcome Committee, or even volunteering for the board.

We all want to share our beautiful beach front home with our friends and loved ones. To maintain Lantana as wonderful place to live, we do not allow short-term rentals. However, we do allow you to register guests to stay here, for up to two weeks in any given calendar year.   For your guests’ enjoyment, and for everyone that lives here, please inform your guests of the rules and regulations. You can find the Rules and Regulations on the Lantanaoceanfront.com website on the “Documents” page. The website is available to all owners. Ask your welcome committee member for the password to the “residents area”.

As president I want to assure you that our board works hard to make each year wonderful for our residents and our goal is to make Lantana Oceanfront one of the premier places to live and enjoy the beach. A list of the current board members is on the “Contacts” page of the website. I look forward to meeting and serving you as we move toward the future.
